You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
May not be the same but I had a similar error with one household. I could go into their house via *build mode* from manage worlds though. From there I saved their lot to library, demolished it, placed it again, & after that I could play the household again. Might be worth a try.
