If I could turn back time I'd have one big world for Get to Work and be able to edit and design our own workplaces.

Agreed. Even if we had to suffer loading screens, it would be nice if, for example a doctor could run across the street to a park for a quick lunch or something.
Right! Just would be nice to have that connection with everyday life. I sometimes forget about those smaller worlds (including the hidden worlds), but if they were integrated, you'd see them more often.

Right! I just moved some new sims in next door to my clinic and I love seeing it from the outside, knowing what fun I've had in there. If I stopped playing, seeing a workplace like that out in the world might tempt me back, once I'd had enough of a break from that gameplay.
