If I could turn back time I'd have one big world for Get to Work and be able to edit and design our own workplaces.
I wish the Get to Work lots were inside the other worlds, rather than being on their own little worlds. I hope future places like a potential University will have other normal lots around it, rather than being completely on its own.

Agreed. Even if we had to suffer loading screens, it would be nice if, for example a doctor could run across the street to a park for a quick lunch or something.

Right! Just would be nice to have that connection with everyday life. I sometimes forget about those smaller worlds (including the hidden worlds), but if they were integrated, you'd see them more often.
