So the good news is... I have a third interview next week. 
Trying desperately not to get too excited yet. Disappointment can be so crushing. But yeah. Cautiously optimistic.

Thanks a lot, Pedro! Unfortunately in phone interviews at least, I think I sound unexpectedly nervous. But these recent interviews have been video chats and I've felt almost instantly at ease. This has helped a lot! And @Oprah is most welcome to call anytime!

Yeah I was always pretty sure getting more familiar with YouTube and using webcams would eventually help my career. But it's been a long path since my last job, with some dark corners. It would be great if I could finally close this chapter & embrace the next stage.
