I'm going to bookmark this link for future reference. Fortunately, I have been able to keep up with tweets from the people I follow. But perhaps sometime in the future, I may need to use this. Thanks, Ash!
Yeah it gets more useful when you're following 1500+ people! 
I've got individual columns for friends, people who retweet me, people who like my tweets, and other ways to categorise people. It really helps me a lot, because otherwise all the tweets are overwhelming.
No kidding! 
Luckily, I'm only following 150+ currently. The number will grow sure enough as I'm continuing on finding people, companies, tv shows, etc. to follow.
