I am pretty confident we'll see more than 2 occults over the life cycle, considering their apparently planning content at least 3 years out. Definitely don't think all his options will happen though. Yeah, he did say that about Farming & I figured University would be a contender.
"But, whatever that is, is has been decided." Speculation. 
Basicaly this boils down to: there's my favourite order of how I'd like to see these things release, then there's how it'll probably be. They sadly different. Anyhow, let's wait and see.
