I have a load of goat cheese that is basically going off today. So after a long hiatus, I am back to making homemade pizza. But just don't tell my diet & waistline.

Yesss. And I usually use only half of it on a pizza, so this is going to be a really goat cheese-packed pizza!

Oh cool. I never have used goats cheese much but bet it taste so good on pizza =). My twin & I might homemade pizzas when our parents go on holidays.

Oh I definitely recommend it. I pack my pizzas with far too much stuff. This one will probably also have garlic, chorizo, and onion... plus some of a controversial ingredient I cannot name out of fear of a backlash.
