      Black and White bashes requires The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe Edition. Not sure straight away about Incognito Custom party.

      From early Googling results, Incognito Costume parties probably require higher levels of Charisma skill.

      they came with the patch before seasons. the one with the gardening overhaul, and the glass roofs :)

      nope im wrong, sorry they are from the deluxe edition which i bought a few days before the patch. althogh i am thinking the patch just gave them to everyone but not 100% on them.

          i guess i never went into parties after adding the digital deluxe thing i got on sale a few days before the patch. however istill think the patch gave them to everyone. i swear in some of the seasons game changers videos they mentioned those parties being added.

          That's what the user at AHQ is saying too but they might have tried the game at EA Play, unaware that the digital deluxe was installed there.
