No. But I wonder if that could be an issue with the build directly above. Do they have CC installed, for instance? It might have become warped & corrupted by the patch/expansion, & since the map shows builds, it may show that corruption too. Does it go when they delete that lot?

I saw that after I tweeted. Still, my question stands. Does it go away when they bulldoze the lot directly above it? (If concerned, they can save the lot before bulldozing it, and then place it later if they like).
