Thanks a lot to my cat Rodney for waking me at 4:45am. I couldn't get back to sleep for almost 2 hours! 
But thanks to the devoted love of the coffee bean... the warming face-hug of the coffee mug... I already feel a lot better already.

Cats have to make themselves noticed... one way or the other! ;-)
He often sleeps on my bed but while my mum is visiting he prefers sleeping on her suitcase! It's covered in his fur now... 
It's kinda like his little throne right now! He's elevated - the suitcase is on the table - so he kinda looks down at us when we're sitting. So I think this gives him the regal feeling he longs for, or something!

I really miss having cats. My favorite thing is when a small letter or box is laying around, how a cat can manage to plant its big bum in/on it. It must add so much comfortable feeling that it is worth turning around 10 times before getting that perfect sitting position. -
Yeah like once they find the perfect position, they suddenly feel a great rush of accomplishment.
