      I have a lot of CC and I’m worried about the update. If I just take my mod folder out, save game, update, and then put them back I should be ok right?

      No. If an update breaks a mod, it doesn't matter if you have it installed or not. The mod author needs to update it. You can't escape it by taking the mod out briefly then putting it back in, unless you get an updated version before you put it back in.

      The patch / Seasons shouldn't affect stuff you've made in game. But just in case, you should save it to your Library from build mode. Or even better, upload it to the gallery, then there's really no chance it can get touched.

          You too! I expect we’ll get the new patch tomorrow since that’s when the game changers get the early release. Then Seasons Friday. A lot of things coming to ruin my CC lol 😂

          Yeah! I wish mods didn't get affected but it's pretty hard to avoid. I've got my own mod now (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=612040 …) and I know there are new rewards coming in the expansion, so I will have to update it! I hope people can be patient while I fix it. 😁
