Good morning!
Noisy neighbours back again today in full force. I think they're some kind of wall dentist...
But I've got my coffee so I'm relatively content so far today!
Hope your week has been going well. The weekend is just around the corner!

Sad for you Frimlin. Did you inquired about the reason for the noise?! Here if a noise to be made, people has to inform you; council does. Like I receive letters so I can tell how long, why and so on.

Hey Snailie
There's a notice on the wall in the building's reception area, apologising for the noises. So I have left it. But it is difficult if I do want to ask about it, since I don't speak French well at all.
French law allows noise in a home from 7am till 11pm...

But still you can complain if you want. There's a process: send a letter, then send a registered letter, then complain to the mayor, then try arbitration... it goes on. But ultimately too complex considering my French language "skill" or lack thereof (my own fault!)

So I just hope to leave here so I don't have the issue anymore. But it has been my hope for a long time and yet no job application success as yet. Plotting a possible return to New Zealand after almost 2 decades.
