      Sad for you Frimlin. Did you inquired about the reason for the noise?! Here if a noise to be made, people has to inform you; council does. Like I receive letters so I can tell how long, why and so on.

      Hey Snailie 🤗 There's a notice on the wall in the building's reception area, apologising for the noises. So I have left it. But it is difficult if I do want to ask about it, since I don't speak French well at all. 🤨 French law allows noise in a home from 7am till 11pm... 😐

      I got an idea but don’t know if you would find it useful. Take a photo; keep your addess and his discreet using paint to cover it. And ask a french person to translate it.

      A photo of what? The note? It's okay, I can read French pretty well. It's the talking and writing that's an issue. But basically I'm just resolving to leave this for now and hope it stops or I get a chance to finally leave here.
