Why do I get meow meow meow when she doesn’t get fed in the morning and still has dry food? This was an hour before my alarm...

My cats have dry food available all the time, but they love their wet food a little too much. I think they just want my attention a lot of the time too. I try to ignore the 3 AM yowls
I should make a more concerted effort to not respond to him at night. Because he does tend to learn things eventually. But no I can't leave dry food out all the time as he doesn't know when to stop, he just eats it all.

Yeah, a lot of rescue cats do as Rodney and just eats all their food. My 20 year old do that with wet food, but not the dry food, and that's why I can leave it out all the time.

Ahh ok. I wasn't his first owner, so I don't know how he started out. But that could be it, couldn't it! So mostly it comes down to me rationing what he eats. I struggled to do that with myself! So he can quite easily sway me to feed him.
