      If you can see their tweets, no, they've not blocked you. Direct messages can only be sent between people who follow each other. So most likely they are simply not following you.

      I think that means they've blocked you then yeah :( Also RE: having to follow each other: I wanted to add that there is a setting under Privacy and Safety that enables anyone to send you DM's whether you are following them or not. "Receive Direct Messages from anyone"

      No problem! I think many people don't know this yet. It's a relatively new setting, isn't it? I only found out some time ago that this was an option now.
