do cats/dogs just woohoo by themselves in the sims? cause i think mine just did 
As far as I know, yes. I had some dogs woohooing in the reception of my vet clinic!

Heheh! Well, if you already have 8 sims in your house you can relax. But if you didn't already know, you can stop them breeding by visiting a vet, and it can be reversed later if you want.
