This is fantastic! The One Ring was my favorite rpg. :D Are you going to continue the plans for the 2nd edition of the game, or will it be something new?

Considering the previous edition was a Cubicle 7 game & system, it’s most assuredly going to be something new. Probably on the Year Zero Engine or the 2d20 one.

Well, this was unexpected. Obviously someone would pick up the license, but that The One Ring product line will continue is delightful. I don't know if any of the work already done on the new edition can carry over, but I know Free League will create a quality product. Grattis!

They've confirmed in a Swedish interview that they'll be picking up the TOR 2e ruleset from Francesco and only turning a few dials here and there.
