I played VTM Bloodlines again recently and I made a comment that it aged badly but no, thinking about ir, it was weirdly racist in an outdated way when it originally came out, just like the game it's based on. Anyway why do we not have more vampire centric tabletop games

You sometimes get that in computer games as well. Hello, The Sims.

I feel like most RPG genres only have like, space for one (or for fantasy games two-three) Big Product games that get all those attention keeping splats and junk. But yes, I deeply need a vampire/night creature game about doing good/community sheparding in that cursed role.

I think you sometimes get it with computer/video games. BioWare-style cRPGs come to mind as having once been a niche once dominated by, well, BioWare.
