Want to know why sexism is rampant? Partly because *it's fucking taught at a university level.*

Note, especially, and gallingly to me personally, how the entire paragraph - in what is used as a *school book* - is uncited. Don't expect it for the rest of the book either. It's offensive to me on a personal level beyond merely the sexism which, I admit, makes me weird

Beep Boop, I am Man, a machine capable only of Sex and Violence. What are these emotions of which you speak?
-
Emotions: emotion, noun, əˈmōSH(ə)n, strong feeling deriving from one's circumstances, mood. Emotions are an illogical psychological phenomenon driven by hormones in the brain. As only females have hormones, only females exhibit "emotional" traits. Punching my TV doesn't count.

It's very funny that in his 2019 version, he precedes statements like this with "it's an outdated stereotype to say that certain play is inherently male or inherently female [..] No generalisation about gender can fit every individual" And then he just leaves in his old crap xDD

Oh. Well that's a shame.

As someone who owns it and has read it.... Enh. It's okay. Pretty archaic and limited in its scope. It's more vague than anything, and honestly spends more time on the production process of games than actually producing quality. Vastly prefer 'Slay the Dragon', myself.
