I've never noticed inconsistencies in handedness, I couldn't even tell you what handedness any software I use is. On top of that, I can't even work out what handedness a coord system is when looking at its axes

Hold out your hand in a finger-gun, so your thumb points in a direction 90 degrees from the direction your index finger points. This is your x (thumb) and y (index). Now point your middle finger in the direction you would slap someone with your palm. That's your z axis.
