#MarksIncident Firefighters have contained a fire that damaged a shop and several cars on the 9000 block of S Marks, SW of Easton. 13 personnel responded - the shop sustained major damage, no injuries reported, cause under investigation.

#LassenIncident Crews have contained a fire in a RV travel trailer on the 15000 block of S Lassen, north of Five Points. The travel trailer sustained major damage with a nearby shop receiving minor damage. No injuries reported. Cause under investigation.

UPDATE: Hazard reduction burning is now permitted at all elevations in State Responsibility Areas in Fresno/Kings counties. Please check San Joaquin Valley Air website for burn day status. Safe residential pile burning of forest residue is a crucial tool in reducing fire hazards.
