    Siddell: we need to do much more than ‘gentle’ density. We need aggressive densification. We need to build up instead of out. House prices will increase unless density increased. Conventional approaches to urban planning are leading us down wrong roads.

    has Canada's ONLY sexual assault integrated clinic. This is crazy. Its good policy - its survivor-centred and trauma-informed. Since the clinic opened the number of sexual assault emergency responses our team did more than DOUBLED.
