A couple years ago I did some contracting work “refreshing” some patient rooms in a VA hospital in Virginia. They were disgusting! There was so much mold and wooden items like countertops were swollen with moisture damage. I wouldn’t want any sick person to have to stay there.

This is not a myth!! The system is broken! I’ve taken care of vets for decades, and it’s the worst it’s ever been. She’s a complete moron, who has never set foot in a VA Hospital or NH. She’s never shadowed a nurse there, because then she’d realize just how wrong she is.

@AOC, the VA is broken. Has been for a long time. You can try and lie, but vets know. You're just trying to blow smoke up the rest of the country so you can get your medicrap for all plan, which is basically VA for everyone. Bad idea. -
Last time I messed my knee up my VA doc basically told me “get used to that pain for the rest of you life.” Could you imagine a doc on the outside basically telling you to expect to be in pain for the rest of your life when there are legit surgical options to fix the issue

Yes. The gov is taking away vicodin as of May 1. My dtr had her gallbladder out and they gave her ultram. That has NO NARCOTIC IN IT. It is classified as a narcotic. No more morphine, diauldid percodan vicodan. Have surgery and you get tylenol. They are trying to remove that too.

Did you listen to video? She says the myth is VA is broken. When “they” really starve VA of funding to break it then replace it. She says she want to fund VA and won’t back down
