    Check-in with colleagues is a two-ways sharing habit. The more honest we are about feelings and emotions, the more efficient it is. Which in turn requires to feel totally OK to be vulnerable. Managers should also lead by example here.

    Quite interesting to this how has managed over the past years to make the "all-in-one" approach become mainstream. and now are following. Ten years from now, the "open platform" approach might be back but today it seems to be dead.

    One of my key takeaways from the reading of "Don't Make Me Think" by : as long as I'm not doing some user tests, I can't really claim to do any kind of . Indeed, not doing some user tests means that I'm not user-centric.

    We sometimes forget that the very well-known "5 dysfunctions of a team" (by ) is a powerful maturity model. If, for instance, there is no trust, no need to go after accountability, commitment, ... And trust is a binary value, so either we trust, or we don't.

    A new employee is very, very likely to behave in the future the way he behaved in the past. So, one of the key points of a hiring process is to figure out what were those behavioral standards. If those ones fit with the roles to fulfill, that's fine.
