@YouTube is there an issue with the app and watch later and saved library? I keep getting a error

There's no such issue going. However, have you tried reinstalling the app to see if that fixes the issue for you?

I tried that and I still get this error. I tried using my PC and I don't see my watch later, any of my subscriptions, playlists ect on the left side of the YouTube website so I tried resetting my password clearing my cache then logging in and out. Hmm, could you try switching networks, WiFi to cellular and vice versa? Also, please check if your device OS is updated to the latest version. Let us know.

My Samsung is up to date tried wifi and cell data. This is my website on my laptop my PC is the same I clicked the hamburger icon and no playlist or subscriptions.pic.twitter.com/0Nu8f6tld2

There's clearly multiple people having this issue, this problem needs to be upgraded from one person submitting a support ticket to you guys recognizing there's a problem many are having that needs to be fixed.
