My other big concern and fear is I highly believe there is no connectivity expansion going to take place. The revenue generated will be engulfed by individuals like it has always been. They will get richer at the expense of tax payers. The only end result is frustration.

Haven't seen a Ugandan app amongst the proposed otts to be taxed. Come up with one already and maybe we could contain the revenue from flowing out of the country.
