No one is 100% unbiased. That's an absurd claim. We instead need to be self-aware of our biases and seek to expose ourselves to information that would test them.

He is losing it. He knows he won't win. Starting to wonder if he even tested positive. Someone is lying. Symptom free? Impossible. Either he is lying or he wasn't sick. Can't be both.

He also received drugs not yet available to the general public that early in the illness’ course. That could explain an alleviation of symptoms. But he’s still a liar, even if his COVID diagnosis is true.
