For those Republicans who don’t want to do away with the Electoral College remember 2004: if Kerry had won about 110,000 more votes in Ohio (maybe less) he would have defeated Bush-who had about 3 million more popular votes. Abolish the undemocratic/unfair Electoral College.
Better idea: since you hate one of the founding principles of American citizens elections, move somewhere else where you won't be burdened by it.

The Constitution has been amended 27 times. Should the people who supported those amendments have moved somewhere else too?

You want to tear this country apart, support the banishment of the electoral college. You will effectively disenfranchise dozens of states, and I assure you the residents of those states will not stand for it.

The founding principles of American elections included the principle that only whites could vote. Does everyone who thinks black people should be allowed to vote hate America?

In 1776 the entire population of the country was 2.5 million. That is the population of Chicago. The electoral college has overridden the popular vote 4 times in our nation’s history. Except for John Quincy Adams (chosen by the House) it has always favored a Republican.

so Democrats want to tear down our founding principles in order to gain more power for themselves. Thank you for clarifying that.
