Surprised that such few number of Erlang based projects in coin space since many of them claim performance and scalability but don't use Erlang. Have to assume their team are more of genius than Erlang team, or perhaps their development are more "cost ineffective".

To be fair, when blockchains discuss scalability, they don't mean "of the implementation" but rather of "the theory behind the chain"

Maybe. Be honest I am yet to spend time studying chain's theory. I did speak from implementaion aspect. I love Erlang so much based on my own experience.
