  Perú está saliendo poco a poco de una crisis Lo que se busca es reconciliación entre civiles y PNP. Solo se logrará con VERDAD y JUSTIFICA. Sanción a TODOS los responsables. La reforma está pendiente; ahora ha hecho cambios que aparente no se ajustan a normativa PNP.
