Novak appeal over. 3 fed court judges agreed with Immig Minister, Hawke's papal role,no explain needed. So what is problem? eg George Pell guilty 4 to 3. Too close to accept. So appeal returns 7 to block, not guilty. Surely one could not conclude, this stinks to high heaven!

Are they the same? If not, why not? Can you see why people mistrust journalists? Instead of balance we get conflict based journo as celebrity type reporting.
