In other words someone with a sizeable inheritance old or new monies. ‘a beautiful part of the world’ always makes me feel a little sick - only ‘the beautiful’ and wealthy are worthy to be here. The cofe shouldn’t be perpetuating this.

I think that is a misreading of the advert which asks for those who may have other uncertain income to offer their ministry skills in exchange for housing.

At a loss there to know if the ad means somebody who is genuinely reliant on the 'gig economy' for their living, or it is a weasel way of saying 'independent income'.
