Actually first thing I need to do is edit my AUTOEXEC.BAT. But I have no editor. No problem, I have ftp & telnet. 
I really need to add an LED for HD access somewhere. Maybe change the red LED in one of the floppies with a bicolor one?

Remove DRVSPACE.BIN from the boot floppy and reformat. I'm not sure how @FozzTexx got it booting back to the floppy instead of BASIC though.
