POTUS to tell an American “to go back to where they came from” is one of the oldest xenophobic prejudiced comments expressed by bigots in our country.If you do not repair and correct it - it will further stigmatize and tarnish your presidency as did your Charlottesville comment.

As American citizens, they are allowed to travel freely in most parts of the world. They can certainly return as US tourists, just as any of the rest of us can. Many Americans make "Holy Land" pilgrimages every year
