The German version of the game has an extensive section for localization, everyone got remade voiceovers. So they had so many new credits that it makes sense nothing fit after, as it was supposed to.

Here's a really interesting tidbit about the European versions of Turok 2 on the N64: The German and English languages have extra credits, but since they're hardcoded to end after a certain point, they get cut off.
