just coincidence.. im sure the aclu and msm will defend his rights to free speech...

Is his speech being restricted? No he gets to say what he wants. Apple just doesn’t want to broadcast it. Like Fox News and the truth about the Trump administration.
-
ok... not sure what your meaning of restriction is... if apple is the medium we are all forced to use and apple bans him.. thats either restriction or censoring.. good luck with your reasoning...LOL
@smfehir -
My meaning being Apple is a private company who is not restricting anyone’s speech. Apple doesn’t carry my podcast, are they violating my First Amendment, no of course not. People can go to other places for podcast hosting, etc.

I am not an Alex Jones friend/follower nor do I like InfoWars... but this is down right wrong.
-
these are all private companies that have decided he violated their terms of use. dont you support business having their own rules? I mean, its not like hes being arrested for what he says. so its not a free speech issue. what makes it wrong?
-
You must be paid by someone. You know the little "report button?" That is what has banned him. I don't listen/watch anything vitriolic.
-
paid? paid, by whom?
-
Who is paying people to use common sense and speak realities cause I want in on those checks

As it should be!! This Sandy Hook denying liar does NOT deserve credible platforms. He only deserves a dry corner to cry in.
-
That is an ignorant comment and only proves you do not understand FREE SPEECH. Questioning the Government's / MSM's official narrative is our right under the
#1a. You do not have the right to not be offended. -
Free speech means the government shouldn’t put people in jail for opinions. It does not protect getting to use Facebook.
-
It is a lie to suggest that only the government can be guilty of censorship. You are suggesting that corporations are above the law and can discriminate against people for any reason they choose. Political Discrimination is real and actionable.

.More like an awakening among our best media companies that a man who falsely accuses dead children of being ‘crisis actors’ does not belong on such platforms. Just imagine the pain of those parents when his disgusting videos about their deceased children go viral
-
I think the guy is a looney toon but that doesn't mean he doesn't have the right to free speech sans censorship.
-
Sure. He can go find somewhere else to do it. He can't do it in my yard - or in Spotify, or Apple, or any other place owned by someone else that rightfully don't want to be associated with that piece of scum. If he didn't agree, he shouldn't have signed the contract.
-
The left wants these platforms only for themselves. It’s clear.
-
It's their own terms of service that they're not following. They are picking and choosing for political reasons that's why atifa and BLM and most of all the biggest hate group of them all CNN and all the Democrat media is still up
