Even if that were true, which I doubt, viagra will still be a much larger cost than transgender surgery......

Trump's decision.The military cannot spend hundreds of millions of dollars every year on transgender surgery. Spend it on veterans. -

Of that 40 million, only 10% was for active duty military. Those drugs may also be used for other things like PTSD, etc.
