No matter who wins. We need to be realistic about dirty coal.
-
killing coal and fracking will make us more dependent on oil making the middle east more powerful
-
Its why we can't do it all at once but we need to increase our efforts towards solar, wind, etc. Adapt with the times
-
i would love to see homes built with solar panels but it would make the houses too expensive

Great. How many jobs will be "placed" in solar/wind/water power industry?
-
the coal workers don't have the education to work in those businesses plus no coal hurts the rail road business too
-
Might be a good idea to give displaced workers some additional education. And I assume you are kidding about trains.
-
I'm not I live in SW VA and my dad is an engineer for Norfolk Southern and coal regulations have killed business

It's just objectively stupid and factually wrong.
-
excepts it's not my dad works based on how much train traffic there is and he works less now than ever before
-
and Norfolk southern has moved thousands of jobs from my town to other places more heavy with cargo.
