        boy if I had a 60,000 a year for being homeless I would live well but the money goes into pockets we have criminals in gov

        60,000 a yr doesnt go into their pockets. cost of programs to help per person, (food, meds, shelter etc)

        they add up the total figure and divide it by how many are homeless and that equals the 30k to 60k lol
