That's not what this does. This makes it more expensive to buy all kinds of materials and equipment. This effectively makes it more expensive to be a consumer (meaning an individual, business owner, or business) in the US.

The problem with NAFTA to begin with was that it was too protectionist. And now it's going to be even more protectionist. Congress needs to step up and put a stop to this.
