Trying to find a corrupt judge to side with them to avoid any claims against them. The whole system is rotten. #RemoveJudgeBrodman #MatthewKellyExtremeDUI #Fixthesystem

Never again for us will we patronize an Mgm property! How heartless is that just to save what is a few bucks to them. What those people went through and how that psycho was able to pull that off in your hotel, where did you hide the security guard? #NoMoreMGM

I agree with MGM's decision to do this because here in America we have an erroneous definition of the Second Amendment which allows crazy people to buy machineguns easier than cold medication. Why should MGM be responsible for this mass shooting.

In a country where buying guns is easier than buying a six pack of beer, businesses can't be held liable for actions that the government itself sponsors. America is a country that promotes "everyone must have a machinegun" so when bad things happen the 2A must be blamed.

I think I get their purpose, however, this is a bad PR move by them. They did comply with guidelines set in place, and their customers do deserve some semblance of privacy...this guy was going to kill people no matter what, he is the only one responsible for the killings.

The irony that many of those suing probably wanted less restrictions/oversight. If there are DHS rules, it's pretty easy to prove if they were followed. But best safeguard = "no guns". If only all innocent victims of gun violence could find deep pocket corps to sue.

So to fix this problem we need an honest judge sitting in a court somewhere to say enough is enough - there is no individual right to own firearms and it is for a militia (group) only. We already have militias - the US Army and US Marine Corps.
