Boycott goes both ways. I stopped buying made in Canada products. I’ll surely miss their maple syrup

2 things: 1. French’s Ketchup made a choice to start buying Canadian tomatoes for their ketchup, that’s why they put the flag on their bottle. Helps local farmers. 2. Cars manufactured in Canada buy many many parts from the USA. That tariff hurst both countries!

I mentioned auto tariffs would hit both countries but the guest after me was the auto specialist. I know auto parts can cross the border many times and that means more costs. And yes, French's capitalized on being "local" but they still have a plant in Canada, Heinz does not.
