    In the late 1970's, singer Chaka Khan reportedly struggled with heroin and cocaine. She has spoken about her struggle with drugs for over 10 years... the the Queen of Funk-Soul is now drug and alcohol free. 5/6

    Kid Cudi reportedly struggled with drug and alcohol addiction. In 2011 he spoke about being free from all drugs. Some of Cudi's tattoos on his wrist symbolise the death of his drug dependent past. 4/6

    Supermodel Naomi Campbell has spoken publicly that she is in recovery from cocaine. After several attempts to tackle her addiction at beginning in 1999, Campbell finally became sober for good in 2004. 3/6

    In the 90's Oprah Winfrey talked openly about her habitual cocaine use in her 20's and that she struggled with the drug well into the 1980's. She got sober in the early 80's, has remained sober since and is now one of the richest women in the world. 2/6
