Please stop enforcing automated features, and please stop using your creators as a testing ground for new features. Nobody asked for them, and they make things needlessly complex for both creators and your entire staff.

For those uninformed, YouTube has made an absolutely off-the-wall decision to force an automated exposure adjustment to thumbnails for certain users. Here's a comparison of what a thumbnail SHOULD look like versus what YouTube thinks it should look like.

in my opinion I sort of like the "fixed" version, gives the thumbnail an aged feel, fitting for Bendy's 1940s feel.

Still, they have no right messing with them. That's the creator's call. And if they have a problem with certain things, they should tell the creator personally.
