Forbes used to be one of the last bastions of fairness you could pick up when perusing magazines. Garbage now. Malcom is rolling in his grave. Might as well read the New Yorker.

Her memories mean something to her but cannot have the same meaning to someone objective without corroboration or evidence.

Preponderance of evidence is still Law. Law is law. The weight of evidence is towards innocence until proven guilty. n. the greater weight of the evidence required for the trier of fact to decide in favor of one side or the other.

No it’s, “she remembers, he doesn’t, her best friend doesn’t and his best friend doesn’t” When the police investigate a crime and if 3 ppl are saying something did not happen and 1 person is saying it is, who do they say is saying the truth?

27 years ago, I experienced a traumatic event in my home of five years. I moved out of the apartment a week after the event. I remember the details of the event itself very clearly but cannot remember the layout of the apartment (e.g. where the bedroom and bathroom were).

It’s incredible how some people freely and briskly confuse subjective allegations with objective fact.

Both testimonies were credible. Unfortunately, both are pawns in a political chess game. Democrats' agenda and goal is to hamper this until after the midterm election; Republicans' are just the opposite. Meantime, two families and names destroyed.

Where’s the evidence(s)? She can’t remember the date/place? Witnesses she mentioned (her friend Leland, his friend Mark) both deny it happened. The lie she doesn’t fly yet went to many vacations? And many say she’s credible??!! 🤔Fools!

Or it could be, 'What she remembers nobody else does, including her friend". Or it could be, "I'm a Democrat, I believe her. And I'm a Republican, I'm with him." What do you think? Or do you?

No. It's "she claims she remembers" "he claims it didn't happen" and "THEY claim it didn't happen" - you conveniently leave out the people she id'ed a corroboration who swore it didn't happen. #FakeNews
