You mean how Jeff bezos penny pinches off of the lowest paid workers for maximum labor?

So by penny pinches you mean paying me, a tier one associate, 2x the minimum wage in my state. Interesting. We also get bonuses and stocks in the company, so I definitely feel treated well for the work I do.
-
Can this be said across the board? Nope.
-
You are right I can only speak for my facility. But I do know that the national average is $15 an hr and everyone gets bonuses and stocks that vest after 2 years. How much should an entry level warehouse worker make?
-
Whatever is proportionate to the surrounding living costs. So cost variables include... average Rent (utilities), Gasoline, Food, health insurance, car insurance, school (K-12, College. Private and public), public and private transportation, domestic and international flights...
-
Every year Amazon reevaluates the cost of living at each facility and give raises accordingly. There are plenty of opportunities within the company to move up and make a higher wage. Also a career choice program that pays for 95% of college tuition up front and up to $12,000

Sounds good, but that's only if you're a full time employee though. How many days do you work a week and for how long?
