Voting by proxy is unconstitutional. Even through our Nation's most turbulent and trying times, Congress reported to work for the American people.

It isn't unconstitutional....not at all.....besides both parties violate the Constitution on the daily.....the Republicans just reinstated the Patriot Act, and allowed searches without warrants...violating the 4th Amendment...and Democrats didn't bat an eye
