Voting by proxy is unconstitutional. Even through our Nation's most turbulent and trying times, Congress reported to work for the American people.

Rep Green, this is just one unconstitutional thing they have done. I am so weary watching them walk all over the constitution. Why are they never held accountable for their unlawful actions! It's the law of the land!
