If he says yes it opens the door for everyone to be able to ring up and ask for refunds. By saying ring up and the clubs will look after you, he’s basically saying they will give refunds without saying it. He’s in a tough position here.

Eddie you are very passionate and love the way you put the game and your club first. But TJ didn't say if every member comes to you asking for their membership back he asked you if ONE member comes to you. All you had to do was say yes or no nothing more.

That’s not what he said at all. Eddie went about answering the question and TJ just kept asking it. Of course if a member comes to the club and says im@that desperate I need my membership back they’d do it. It’s not a simple Yes or No answer.
