I don't know why this is actually two separate CEP files. they're each 192 pixels wide, maybe that's the max for a CEP file?

so I can inject different CEL files into the game, which turn out to be the big backgrounds. this doesn't go well

okay so while I can easily swap out CELs, CEPs seem to have different animation frames within them, so swapping unrelated CELs around will break, as they won't have the right frames

and I figured out how to get to the pawn shop also it says I'm really hungry. oh god, is this now a survival game?

if you go into a casino and then go into the F2 menu, you can order food. this game is so weird
